The breakfast surprise

Waking up to a clean room and enjoying a spacious layout made mornings cheerful. The shower pressure was a delightful bonus!

However, the breakfast buffet was quite underwhelming. the eggs were dry, and the dining area felt cramped during peak hours.

The pool was clean and inviting, which was refreshing. Had a great stay in the King Studio with Sofa Bed.

The real deal or a total steal?

Clean and spacious rooms make for a comfy stay! ! The breakfast had varied options, which catered to different tastes. Plus, the airport shuttle was efficient and saved us a lot of hassle.

Inconsistent service left us frustrated, especially with the slow shuttle during peak times. The breakfast quality lacked appeal, with some items often missing, and finding extra towels took longer than expected.

Staying here was a pleasant surprise, with a clean and comfortable room that had a nice sitting area, and I appreciated the quick shuttle service to the airport which made my morning easy. while there weren't any restaurants within a short walk, the nearby parks offered great spots to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially visiting the Galleria nearby. The kids loved the shopping and dining options. Plus, the room was spacious for our family, providing a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring Houston.

My kids wished for better breakfast options. A few more choices would be great for families.

The hotel offers a great room setup, spacious and clean, with a nice separation between the shower and toilet. The staff is friendly, with receptionists who go above and beyond. they even arranged bananas for us. However, the airport shuttle service was inefficient, leading to unnecessary delays. Additionally, I was given a room type different from what I reserved, and no one addressed my feedback afterward.

This place was just a decent option for a quick break in Houston with good value. The bed was super comfortable, but the water pressure in the bathroom sink was just a thin trickle. Make sure to ask for extra coffee packets if you need them.

This place suits me perfectly with its free airport shuttle, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find a lost jewel, which I still remember. I highly recommend it for great comfort. I'll be back soon!

Room was huge and super comfy with a kitchenette, microwave, and sofa bed for extra space. The bathrooms were spacious, and I loved the in-room coffee maker. Quick shuttle to the airport was awesome and the staff were really helpful organizing it. Breakfast had decent continental options but not a lot of seating.

I had a great stay in the Queen Studio Sofa Bed. The room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. The airport shuttle was efficient Staff was friendly and helpful. 😊
